Pre-Sales Consultant (IT Security):

Job Description

  • Establishing clear and concrete market segmentation, penetration and acquisition strategies to develop, forecast and profile potential business leads & directly involved in the company’s annual turnover, reporting to the Senior Pre-Sales Consultant/Team Lead.
  • Advising partners, prospects and customers on their security needs and spreading awareness through consulting.
  • Engaging with decision makers, partners, prospects and customers.
  • Hosting Demos and presenting IT solutions to the customers.
  • Developing commercial and technical proposals to RFPs/RFIs/Tenders along with the technical and sales team members.
  • Requirement gathering and conducting POCs independently.
  • Periodically Training customers on the solutions and supporting them through business cases.
  • Design, Architect and Manage Security Related Projects.
  • Lead & Manage Pre-Sales activities including solution design, technical Demo and technical RFP Response.
  • Direct involvement and coordination with Vendors and post sales staff during complete project lifecycle.
  • Provide consulting services to clients including system architecture, design, implementation, system integration and troubleshooting to ensure successful solution delivery.

 

Requirements:

  • A person with minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Experience in pre-sales, ideally with a IS Vendor.
  • Excellent understanding of the Information Security Global Landscape.
  • Experience in deployment and integration of security solutions and services.
  • Expert in Account Management
  • Expertise with IT Security Solutions (Leading Vendors)
  • Astute in identifying the right prospects and exact business requirements and a passion to build a professional relationship with all levels of the organization.
  • Possess interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well organized and structured, able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Quick learner, Team player and believes in sharing ideas and knowledge.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, very meticulous about time and discipline.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Computer Science/Engineering (Must)

MBA – Business Administration (Preferred).

Key Account Manager

Job Description:

  • Manage the sales target and growth of the company by working with key accounts and distributor manager
  • Lead monthly sales planning
  • Analyze latest sales trends, create proposals, plans, and strategies to meet the clients’ needs
  • Ensure business plans are consistent with the our objectives in terms of profitability and sales revenue
  • Work cooperatively and effectively with marketing and sales teams
  • Focus on growth and development of existing clients, all the while generating new leads

 

Requirements:

  • A person with minimum 4 years of key account management experience in a fast paced technology industry
  • Experience in generating new customers
  • Understanding of complex sales cycles at strategic level

Sales Executive

Job Description:

  • Research the latest IT trends, related products, and customer information
  • Understand and handle customers’ requirements and offer appropriate solutions
  • Manage and maintain good relationships with existing customers
  • Generate leads and arrange meetings with potential customers
  • Promptly and professionally respond to customers’ email and phone enquiries
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
  • advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
  • Present rapid and accurate calculations and quotations to customers
  • Efficiently record sales and order information

 

Requirements:

  • A person with minimum 3 years of sales executive experience
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Understanding of negotiating and marketing techniques
  • Possesses leadership skills and has experience of managing teams
  • Possesses good customer service skills to deal with day-to-day queries
  • Ability to work under pressure efficiently
  • Previous experience in a sales role for another company
  • Proven track record of achieving targets
